So guys wat do you think of the overall standard of this yr's final? i felt the 1st show in 05 one was still better..perphaps it being the pioneer.

Some observations:

there was a striking similarity across the teams, they had all done some major "makeover" to their faces esp.

as for the costumes some were far too striking or messed up. Maybe due to the judges constant feedback on their costumes being ordinary..

Finally the result was very unexpected to me bcos previously NUS took the trophy home hence expected other teams to win this time. Unfortunately nope..

NUS performance for the 2nd bit was not as good as Acid Hse which was far more creative.

Some other Hot fav failed to make the top 3 list esp Triadic, maybe cos their perf not as impressive as previous shows.

Also wondering if a tinge of favoritism was floating through the air as 1 or 2 of judges is also frm the same faculty...perhaps for more objective judgment a totally neutral professional dancer should be called in...

Lastly, pple were asked to vote for their fave team BUT the final no of votes was not broadcast at the end of the show...so does tat mean the result was based mainly on judges' decision? Y not just choose one of the options either choose winner based on judge's choice or the voters for a more clearer decision...

Just some random tots on the show which i'm an ardent fan of...so since its ended hopefully another exciting prog on the way can make my Sundays more interesting....
