No Time to Even Breathe

I got so many ad-hoc job to do for my staff who make abt 80 in strength. hence besides admin must also act as HR liason person conveying and solving all their problems and facilitating their work too.

Todae there was a meeting with all the big bosses just outside the mtg rm there is a vending machine. Hence i spoke to my current boss and we reach a common decision that we dun nid to cater aditional pot of coffee and tea inside the mtg rm. And guess wat there were so many complaints pertaining to this. Most of the big shots were not happy and a certain fussy creature in the form of my ex-boss came and asked where is the cofee and tea! i told him point blank my boss said to take frm vending machine. He got worked up i guess..so he made his staff to work by buying the beverage for the mtg...mmm i'm amazed wat the power of hierachy do to a person. B'cos u're so and so you nid to be treated with a golden platter which i so hate to do. Well outside got FREE drink vending machine provided by management right!

Lastly Y Y Y do some pple act they way they do..they have everytihg yet they want something else which may not be gd for others...so is this an act of selfishness...mmm i really wonder!
