so tis morning had an interesting conversation with a senior colleague who is quite new to my dept.

He causually asked if i would want to rotate my work at HR dept @ HQ...and i told him i prefer at my present location..becos over there is defintedly more stressful esp HR..he encouraged tat by doing so can enrich my working experience and portfolio and give myself a good challenge.

I understand where he is coming from..initially i tot negatively that maybe he tinks im not good and wants me to go out of tis place. but later i reorganised my tots maybe he tinks i'm capable to go to a place as challenging as tat..

and now ponder abt it, the workload will sure multiply by tons..but if im going to work for long...isnt it better to gain the exposure at diff place also...

well i really dun knw if i will change anyting presently will be even more confused aft i graduate..cos i really nid to decide...esp all my colleagues telling me "change to a better one once u get a degree"..but will the new one be better than this one...i'll nver knw unless i take a leap forward...
