Singlish to English

I didn't know that I've fallen so deeply into the Singlish pit.

Now i try to notice myself and every conversation with my colleagues be it over the phone or personally includes slang terms. And I even speak like that to my boss as well..so its really bad.. Like this I can't become a teacher for sure...

Its very hard to stop and any tips to utter in proper English are most welcomed.
